The delivery generally follows as soon as possible. As a rule, your order will be dispatched within one week. Definite delivery dates require our express, written agreement. Should delays in delivery arise, we will inform you immediately. Compensation will not be made for delayed delivery or inability to deliver, including those instances that lead to the nulification of the contract. When it is deemed provident to expediting the contractual obligations, we reserve the right to partial shipment.

The delivery is agreed ex works. The customer accepts the costs of shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Germany are 6.00 EUR.
Shipping within the EU costs 17.00 EUR, to Switzerland 30.00 EUR.
Shipping of a package to the USA is 48.00 EUR (shipping duration about 3-5 days).
Shipping of small packages up to 2kg to the USA can be made with uninsured airmail package (shipping duration about 7-14 days) and costs 27.00 EUR.

For COD delivery within Germany a COD fee of 5.00 EUR will be added to the shipping costs.
